We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2023, at the age of 57, Tina M. Doty of Brilliant, Ohio, born in Hampton, South Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tina M. Doty to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cowser and Hilda Cowser (Heath); and her brother Terry Cowser. She is survived by: her close friend Doug Smith of Brilliant, OH; her children, Daniel Doty and Leeann Holden (Steven); her stepson Bud Doty of Alabama; her brothers, Charles Cowser (Lisa) of Steubenville, OH and Tony Cowser (Cheryl) of Palm Springs, Florida; and her cousin Cindy Cowser of Wintersville, OH. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
