It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Hall (Brilliant, Ohio), born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on January 24, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George I. Hall and Betty Jane Hall Horner (Hoover); his stepfather James Horner; and his sister Janet Hall. He is survived by: his siblings, Don Hall (Debbie) of Follansbee, WV and Susan Norris of Maple Heights, OH; and his nephews, Ryan Hall (Nicole) and Brent Hall (Peggy).
