She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Merriman and Gwendolyn L. Merriman (Nation); her former husband Eugene J. "Gene" Frye, Sr.; and her granddaughter Alexandra Faye DeLong. She is survived by: her children, Eugene James Frye, Jr. (Tia Sinclair) of Brilliant, OH, Annette L. Ensell of Brilliant, OH, Lauri Gentile of Steubenville, OH and Lisa Neely of Brilliant, OH; her sister Deanne Bell (Charles) of Richmond, OH; her grandchildren, Deana Gentile, Leslee Boan (Eric), Brandon Neely, Arin Neely (Meredith), Alyssa West (Jason), Jimi Frye, III (Riva) and Matthew Ensell (Maria); and her great grandchildren, Gianna, Alina Gentile, Sophia, Leon, Ronan Neely, Jaxon West, Damon Tate, Lucien Ensell, Darla, Gene Frye, Farrah DeLong and Leo Harliss.
