She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray F. Grounds and Stella M. Grounds (Straight); and her daughter Raeann Childers. She is survived by: her husband James Dean "Jim" Everson; her children, Caroline Everson-Clarke (Chris) of Bexley, OH and David Everson (Stacey) of Columbus, OH; her son-in-law Craig Childers of Pickerington, OH; her grandchildren, Kaley McNulty (Kyle), Amber Childers, Justin Childers (Montana), Andrew Everson, Sydney Everson, Benjamin Everson, Melaney Ellis and Makenna Ellis; and her great grandchild Crew Childers.
