She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Long and Nora Long (Adams). She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Hawthorne-Burek (Rob) of New Alexandria, OH and Glenda Koch (Phillip) of Columbus, OH; her husband Glen Hawthorne of Columbus, OH; and her grandson Kristopher Allen Koch.
