He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard E. and Evelyn Haines, Sr. (Walters); his wife Cherella Haines (Stratter); his children, Richard E. Haines, III of Brilliant, OH, Michael Haines (Alisha) of Brilliant, OH, Jeremy Haines of Brilliant, OH and Lisa DiBias (Mario) of Martins Ferry, OH; his sisters, Doris Ferrar of Yorkville, OH, Patricia Stewart (Chuck) of Bloomingdale, OH and Lori Fisher of Martins Ferry, OH; and his grandchildren, Zoe, Kade, Isabella, Khloe Haines, Mia and Nico DiBias.
