He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry T. Scott and Evelyn Scott (Bell); and his sister Judith Brown. He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Scott (Owens); his daughters, Rachel Quaigg (Bill) of Steubenville, OH and Kim Arnett (Josh) of Dillonvale, OH; his brother Robert Scott (Sandy) of Orient, OH; his grandchildren, Brad Quaigg, Kamryn and Kennedy Arnett; and his pets, Terry, Domino and Pepper.
