He is survived by: his children, Mark Millard Jr. (Jana) of Jefferson City and Tracy Chilton (Shawn) of Centertown, Missouri; his grandchildren, Collin Chilton, Braden Millard, Alex Millard, Zoe Chilton and Cohen Chilton; and his siblings, Barton Millard, Reid Millard of Jefferson City, Diantha Grabinski (Chester) of Centertown, MO and Shelly Davis (Mike) of Jefferson City, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
