Roe, Sr. (Bates); his close friends, Sean Norman and Bud DeCesare; his aunt Burlene Hoagland Wittmer; his wife Cheryl Roe (Long); his children, Lawrence G. Roe, III (Heather) of Smithfield, OH and Elizabeth Starr (Scott) of Mingo Junction, OH; his siblings, Mark Roe (Debbie) of Waco, TX, Penny Dennis of Brilliant, OH and Brenda Muscari (Tony) of Brilliant, OH; and his grandchildren, Auna, Neena, Scott Kason, Ryker Starr, Lila Roe, Dalton Barnes, Dayne Zinn and Shayla Zinn.
