He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Clark and Frances Clark Jenny (Arkley); his stepfather Carl Jenny; his children, Kenneth R. Clark, Jr., John Clark and Margaret Ann Howard; and his siblings, John Franklin Clark and Shirley Schlag.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Clark (Jodie) of Mingo Junction, OH and Mary Frances Wilson of Mingo Junction, OH; his siblings, Bert Moore (Stewart) of Steubenville, OH, Sue Brown (Dale) of Steubenville, OH and Charles Jenny, Sr. of Smithfield, OH; his fiancé Robin Hardy of Brilliant, OH; his former wife Mary Ann McDonald of Mingo Junction; and his grandchildren, Renee, Brent Staudacher, Jeffrey Howard II, Ashley, Landen Wilson, Dustin, Marki, Miah, Carson, Jace, Miranda, Jonathon and Braylynn Clark. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
