He is survived by: his wife Daunna Moffo (Ford); his children, Deann McNulty (Dennis) of Haddonfield, NJ, Tammy Slivka (David) of Brilliant, OH and Tom Moffo (Malinda) of New Alexandria, OH; and his sisters, Mary Murphy of Tennessee, Margaret Icuss (Fred) of Steubenville, OH and Anthonette Neuman (Ken) of California.
