He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Warrick and Shirley Constance Warrick (Anderson); his wife Elizabeth Jane Warrick (Costain); and his daughters, Billie Jo and Shannon.
He is survived by: his children, Ray Lane of Smithfield, Clifford Warrick (Liz) of Steubenville, John Martin (Michelle) of Tennessee, Todd Martin (Carla) of Mingo Jct, Amy Renforth (John) of Brilliant, Jason Martin of Brilliant and Shawna Risdon (Rob) of Mingo Jct; and his siblings, Sandra Murphy of Plum Run and Brian Warrick (Kim) of Gratis, OH.. He is also survived by twenty-two grand children, fifteen great grand children.
