With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Floyd A. Beall (Brilliant, Ohio), born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on March 13, 2023 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd L. Beall and Daisy J. Beall; his niece Laura Marie Miller; and his nephew Floyd Russell Dillon Beall. He is survived by: his wife Pamela S. Beall (Martin); his daughters, Heather Toale of Westerville, OH, Mary Toale (Katherine Thweatt) of Phoenix, NY and Michele Lamp (Mark) of Powhatan Point, OH; and his siblings, Walter "Bub" Beall of Mingo Junction, OH, Nancy Beall of Brilliant, OH and Janie Miller (Albert) of Mingo Junction, OH.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren, eleven nieces and nephews, extensive extended family.
