He is survived by: his wife Lula Mae "Lu" Roe (Tucker); his children, Christine Moses of Gainesville, VA, Sheri Butrey (Robert) of Avon, OH, Robert E. Moses of New Alexandria, OH and Rebecca Moses of Gainesville, VA; his siblings, Joe Roe (Mary) of Bloomingdale, OH, Gary Roe of Cadiz, OH, Rodney Roe (Charla) of Brilliant, OH, Sharlene Wade (Bob) of New Alexandria, OH and Sandy Heath of Brilliant, OH; and his grandchildren, Joshua Butrey, Peyton Butrey, Alex Rose, Eric Moses, Nathanial, Bethany, Megan, Jessalyn and Zachary Tepley.
