He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Muscari (Andrew Betarie) of Steubenville and Caitlin Muscari; his grandchild Parker Ann Charles of Kansas City, MO; his brother Anthony 'Tony' Muscari (Brenda); his aunt Patricia Gooseman of Brilliant; and his uncle Bud Mackey of Mingo Jct. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
