He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Farnsworth and Loretta Farnsworth (Mettz). He is survived by: his children, David Michael Farnsworth Jr. (Kristall) of Steubenville, Glenn Farnsworth (Misty) of Brilliant, Donald Farnsworth (Diane) of Brilliant and Allen Richard Farnsworth (Tina) of Steubenville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
