He was predeceased by: his parents, George Moore Sr. and Ruth Mary Pelley (Stevens); his stepmother Magdalene Moore; his sisters, Patricia Ann Moore and Linda Burkhart; his nephew George "Buddy" Moore III; his niece Ashley Bethal; his granddaughter Alizabeth Moore; and his great grandchildren, Calliope and Catalina Kernen.
He is survived by: his children, Nichole Kernen (Delbert) of Brilliant, OH, Natasha Burton (Joe) of Mingo Jct, Josh Hidey (Chrissy) of Urichsville, OH, James "Jimmy" Moore of Steubenville, OH and Eric Clark of Wintersville, OH; his siblings, George "Butch" Moore Jr. (Linda) of Jewett, OH and Janet "Leanard" Bethel of Scio, OH; his grandchildren, Ryliey, Sarah, Arionna, Jaimie, Allie, Sydney, Erica, Dakota, CJ, Dylan, Damien, Graison, Lukes, James, Dallas, Teagan and Kason; his great grandchildren, Grayson and Merrick; and his close friends, Robin Miller and Pattie Schaffner.
