She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherrill Hazelip and Mary Margaret "Peg" Hazelip (Rock). She is survived by: her children, Nicolette Devore (Mark Guglielmo) of Weirton and Coletin Devore of Mingo Jct; and her brother Gary Hazelip of Brilliant.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Town House (530 Commercial St, Mingo Junction, OH 43938).
