Mayle; his daughter Sherry Samson; his adoptive daughter Annie Gaughenbaugh; his siblings, David Mayle, Robert "Fuzzy" Mayle, Roger Mayle, Carrie Merritt and Anna Davis; and his stepchildren, Robert Felton and Theresa L. "Terri" Felton.
He is survived by: his parent Anna Mae Mayle (Bateman); his wife Dorothy J. "Dottie" McGee (Hayes); his children, Terry Mayle (Linda) of Jacksonville, FL, Diane Bachtel of Chester, OH, Calvin Mayle, Jr of Chester, OH, Tina Heald (Mark) of Pomeroy, OH and Pat Mayle (Jill) of Brilliant, OH; his adoptive son J. J. Mayle; his stepdaughter Brenda Burge (Richard) of Brilliant, OH; and his siblings, Lloyd "Fickle" Mayle of Elkins, WV, Charles Mayle (JoAnn) of Hopewell, VA, Gerri Reed (Hockenberry) of Steubenville, OH and Eleanor Mathias of Wintersville, OH.
