She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Kennedy and Pearl I. Kennedy (Kirkland); and her siblings, James, Dick, Doug Kennedy and Patricia Fox.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Hoover; her children, Kelly Roe (Donald) of Lexington, KY, Donna Rine (Steven) of Zanesville, OH and Jim Hoover (Robyn) of Mingo Junction, OH; her sisters, Sue Kennedy of Daphne, AL and Janet Rensi (Donald) of Vonore, TN; her grandchildren, Czack Roe, Chaz Roe (Sarah), Mackenzie Rine, Hailee, Dalton and Trey Hoover; her close friend Debbie Sutphin; her nephews, Tom Fox (Janet) and Don Hall (Debbie); and her pet Eve. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; a special niece.
