He was predeceased by: his parents, William Penn and Jane Marie Mullen (Elceser). He is survived by: his wife Helen Mullen (Ehigh); his children, Roberrt Mullen, Angela Ballard (Glenn) and Thomas Mullen (Dana); his siblings, Gladys Fischer and John Mullen; and his grandchildren, Kristen, Brittany, Robert, Tommy, Lilly and Beau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
