It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia McDaniel of Bridgeport, Ohio, born in Bellaire, Ohio, who passed away on September 2, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Dietrich and Amelia Dietrich (Slater); her husband Charles W. McDaniel; her daughter Linda Burkle; and her siblings, Betty, Martha, Walter and Susie.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Long of Wheeling, Charles Michael McDaniel (Lolita) of Wheeling, Kathy McDaniel of Bridgeport, Donald McDaniel of Wheeling and Nancy McDaniel of Bridgeport; and her grandchildren, David Burkle, Brian Burkle (Jackie), William Sacco, Sylvia Sacco, Charles Sacco (Jenna), Steven Sacco (Kelly), Joel McDaniel (Mary), Peter McDaniel (Jennifer), Matthew McDaniel (Bobbi Jo), Phillip McDaniel, Jennifer Coleman (Joshua) and Buddy McDaniel. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
