He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Blazek and Elizabeth "Betty" Blazek (Crawford). He is survived by: his children, Amy Blazek (Denny Beltrondo) of Shadyside and Cory Blazek of Bellaire; his sister Stephanie Kulin (Joe) of Follansbee, WV; his grandchildren, Brody and Lyla; his niece Lori Taglione (Henry); and his nephew Charles Groves (Melissa). He is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews.
