She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph G. Smith and Beverly K. Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, Mike (Suzy), Marti (Mark Lynch), Kathy (Lynn Johnson), Peggy (Dave LaRochelle), Fran (Ed Zann) and Patty (Daryl Amaral); and her caregiver Ginger Kinsel.
