He was predeceased by: his father Sanford Carl; and his sisters, Doris Thornburg and Naomi "Susie" Valentine. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Myers (Parrill); his children, Carl Victor Myers (Desiree) of Wheeling, Sheila Kay Howell and Janet Eikey (Jon "Duke") of Wheeling; his grandchildren, Jennifer Meyer (Zach), Dustin Carl Myers, James Ray, Justin Gage, Joseph Carl Howell, Jordan Peternel (Ethan) and Jessica Lowe (Nicholas); and his great grandchildren, Haydon, Dalton, Wyatt Myer, Owen Myers and Parker Peternel.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (920 National Rd, Bridgeport, OH 43912). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Parkview Memorial Gardens. A burial was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at the Parkview Memorial Cemetery (1922 Warden Run Rd, Wheeling, WV 26003).
