She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Eugene Gillespie; her husband Lawrence William Hess; and her son David William Hess. She is survived by: her mother Ethel Marie Sabo Gillespie; her siblings, Gina Dentz (Bob) and Joe Gillespie; her daughter Kimberly Jo Hess Niederhuber; her son-in-law Erik Niederhuber; and her grandchildren, Tiden Hess, Abigail and Andrew Niederhuber. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (53025 High Ridge Rd, St Clairsville, OH 43950).
