He was predeceased by: his mother Josephine Stargen; and his siblings, Gary Stargen and Cynitha "Diane" Stargen. He is survived by: his sister Sylvia Walters (Carroll) of Moundsville, WV. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers monetary donations can be made to the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Bridgeport, Ohio 43935 to help with funeral expenses.
