He is survived by: his wife Patricia Waldo (Scales); his daughter Dawn Walker (Harold) of Lawrenceburg, KY; his sister-in-law Peggy Maddox; his nieces and nephews, Rick Maddox (Candice), Marc Waldo, Bonnie Ray Nolte and Lynette Catalano (Samuel); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lisa Walters (Bob), Kristian Summers (Steve), Angie Catalano, Anneliese Waldo, Leta Slavik (Dave), Sammy Catalano, Michael Waldo and Jonathan Bowers. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, and several great–great nieces and nephews.
