He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kubovicz and Betty Kubovicz (Speidel); and his brother-in-law Bradley Boord. He is survived by: his sister Susan Boord of Wheeling; and his niece Kimber Eddy (JD).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Seeing Hand Association 750 Main St, Wheeling WV 26003, or Easter Seals 1305 National Road Wheeling, WV 26003.
