She was predeceased by: her former husband William E Thomas Sr.; and her husband Albert Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, Herbert, David and Sharon Sue Smith; her children, Cheryl Terry (David) and William E. Thomas Jr. (Meme); her grandsons, Billy, Chip and Johnny Thomas; her siblings, Dale Smith (Melissa) and Joyce Gee; and her sister-in-law Connie Smith. She is also survived by extended family and many beloved nieces, nephews.
