He is survived by: his fiancée Paula Calvert; his children, Richard Stewart of New Philadelphia, Michaela Turner of Martins Ferry and Kyra Hosey of Buckhannon, WV; and his sister LaDonna Palmer (Forrest Stewart) of Bridgeport. He is also survived by five grandchildren, also several nieces and nephews.
