She is survived by: her husband Steve Matusik; her sons, Gary Matusik (Jennifer) and Kevin Matusik (Lynn); her son-in-law John Blon; her grandchildren, Karina Hornyak, Korben Blon, Alexa, Savanah, Collin and Coriana Matusik; and her great grandchildren, Isabella Cline, Kaden Blon, Aurora Gossett, Kasslyn Hornyak, Kazyer Blon, Khloe Blon and Oaken Hornyak.
