She was predeceased by: her parents, Olga Stark and Simon Piatybratow; and her husband Paul Fortuna. She is survived by: her sons, Jonathan Fortuna of Houston, TX, Mark Fortuna of Bridgeport and Daniel Fortuna (Lynne) of Uniontown; her sisters-in-law, Madelyn Witsberger (Paul), Edith Fortuna (Frank) and Linda Kyanko (Paul); her granddaughters, Kaitlyn Carkhuff (Stephen) and Alyssa Fortuna; and her great grandchildren, Raelynn and Deliah.
