He was predeceased by: his parents, John Orzolek and Emilia Orzolek (Cybulski). He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Orzolek (Campbell); his children, Erin Rickert (Brad S.) of Canonsburg and Ryan Orzolek (Ashly) of Brookside; his grandchildren, Bailey Sieber (Jordan Robinson), Brianna Rickert, Pria and Grayson Orzolek; and his siblings-in-law, Terry and Marge Campbell. He is also survived by one niece and several nephews.
