It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Russell of Bridgeport, Ohio, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on May 2, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Morgan and Bertha Morgan (Laurent); her husband Norman "Bud" Russell; and her brother Thomas Morgan. She is survived by: her son Patrick Russell of Bridgeport; and her sisters, Pat Ketzell (Allan) of Brookside and Shirley Fiscus of St. Clairsville. She is also survived by two nephews, one niece, and one great niece.
