She was predeceased by: her parents, Ebert Schwender and Rosaltha Schwender (Donley); her husband Elmer W. Hartung; her siblings, Edwin, Harold, Arthur, Eugene Schwender, Ruth Doughty, Grace Lannum and Eleanor Bise; and her grandson Shane McMasters.
She is survived by: her sons, William Hartung (R. Merry) of Bridgeport, John L. Hartung (Kelli) of Springfield, OH and Ernest Hartung (Nettie) of Neff's. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren, also many nieces and nephews.
