He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Pyatt and Shirley Pyatt (McNinch); his siblings, Tammy and Bill; and his nephew David.
He is survived by: his wife Pam; his sons, Mike and Mark; his sister Lisa Chapman (Scott); his brother-in-law Joe Shutek (Renee); and his niece Shannon Young (Jeffrey). He is also survived by great niece, October as well as several cousins and friends.
