She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Hrdlicka and Julia Hrdlicka (Saxon); her stepfather George "Cookie" Cook; and her siblings, Betty Hrdlicka and Edward Hrdlicka.
She is survived by: her children, James Hoyo of St. Clairsville, Susan Purvis (Ed) of Troy and Valerie Young (Cy) of Westerville; and her grandchildren, Laura Faragalli (Joe), Leslie Meeks (Conor), Eric Purvis (Angela), Mallory and Taylor Young. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
