He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Jarrell (Davis); his sons, Kenny Jarrell (Fawna) of Wheeling and Ian Jarrell of Chillicothe; and his grandchildren, Xavier, Xander Jarrell, Nathanial, Kaitlyn, Allison, Jenna and Keira Jarrell.
