He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Williams (Jeffers); and his siblings, Starlet Prayear of Wheeling, Louis Otey (Debbie) of Pittsburgh, Stephon Otey of Wheeling, Tony Otey (Mary) of Wheeling and Rose Otey of Wheeling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
