He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Leonard and Madelyn Leonard; and his brother Edward Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Leonard (Givens); his children, Caitlin Leonard, Vernon Hynes of St. Clairsville, Charles Hynes (Jeanette) of Yorkville, James Hynes of Bridgeport, Jennie Perdok (John) of Bridgeport, Robin Anderson (Brian) of Barnesville and Robert Mann (Kelly) of Bridgeport; and his pet Dusti. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
