He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore C. Rine and Caroline Rine (Shaffer); his granddaughter Ashley Salinthone; and his siblings, Charles, Donald Rine and Joyce Thomas.
He is survived by: his sons, Rocky Rine (Sandie) of Hagerstown, MD, Rusty Rine of Brewster and Reggie Rine (Deborah). He is also survived by 3 granddaughters, and 7 great grandchildren.
