It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Forsythe of Bremen, Ohio, who passed away on June 16, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Cloyd Forsythe; his wife Mary Jane McLaughlin; and his siblings, Cletus (Barney), Betty, Cloyd (Junior) and Lila Lou.

He is survived by: his daughter Tina Lee Johns (Scott); and his grandsons, Trent and Ben. He is also survived by his daughter and her family, many nieces and nephews, and special friends.
