He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. O'Rourke and Hazel O'Rourke (Earley); his wife Jacqueline O'Rourke; his sons, Jamie Lee O'Rourke and Robert Long (Shorty); and his siblings, Tj O'Rourke and Kathleen Sisco.
He is survived by: his children, Ashlie O'Rourke of Lancaster, Samuel O'Rourke (Sammy) and Joseph O'Rourke (Jojo) of Lancaster; his stepson Jimmy Long (Carrie) of Somerset; his siblings, Shawn O'Rourke Lancaster (Lisa), Michael O'Rourke (Vickie) of Oklahoma, Danny O'Rourke of Columbus, Chris Sisco of Lancaster and Kelly Dempsey of Zanesville; and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy O'Rourke, Ryan O'Rourke, Eric O'Rourke, Tom Sisco, Kasi Sisco, Keely Dempsey, Tonya Rogers and Jessie Rogers. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and many cousins and friends.
