He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Wade and Elizabeth Wall Wade; and his brothers, Robert and Richard Wade. He is survived by: his wife Joan A. Wade; his children, Bettie Jo Kennedy (John) and Jerry Lee Wade (Sally); his grandchildren, Chris Kennedy (Kelley), Kyle Kennedy (Meredith), Lauren Thompson (Bryce) and Jillian Wade; his great grandchildren, Joseph and Andrew Kennedy; and his sister-in-law Doris Wade. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers a generous donation may be made to the FairHoPe Hospice, 282 Sells Rd. Lancaster, OH 43130.
