With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Lynn Peters (Bremen, Ohio), born in Lancaster, Ohio, who passed away on June 2, 2024 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Margaret Peters (Hoffmann); his son Brad Runyon; and his mother-in-law Wilma Young. He is survived by: his father John Donald (Donna); his wife Julie Peters (Rood); his children, Genifer Hurst (Travis), Bethany Peters, Gary Matthew Peters (Sara), Dawn Day (Michael), Nickie Kimes (Brian), Eric Runyon and Daniel Runyon; his grandchildren, Tyler (Layla), Madalyn, Grayson, Addyson, Gideon, Elias, Finley, Gracelynn, Makayla (Riley), Noah, Zaine, Chloe and Maverick; his siblings, Tom Peters (Linda), Brenda Thrasher (Gary), Vicki Jenkins and Lisa Sherlock (Dale); and his pets, Pebbles, Gracie, Chloe Ann and Bailey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and several close friends.
