He was predeceased by: his father Delmer Paul Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Jo Ann Harris (Roe); and his siblings, Daniel Harris (Valerie), Penny McLister (Steven), Jon Wagoner (Diane), Robert L. Harris and Corinna Sisson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and his extended family.
