He is survived by: his children, Mike Kilbarger (Melissa) of Chillicothe, Big Dave Kilbarger of Bremen, Steve Kilbarger of Lancaster and Kaye Mansberger of Bremen; his grandchild Mallory Kilbarger; his stepgrandchildren, Kelly Queen and Dakota Parker; and his siblings, John Kilbarger of Junction City and Sally Ogg of Lancaster.
