He was predeceased by: his parents, Beecher Richard and Esther Muriel Gummere (Kinser); and his siblings, Patricia Ricard and Richard Gummere. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Colleen Gummere (Knoff); his children, David Gummere II (Deborah), Peggy McLaughlin (John) and Diana Mathias; and his sisters, Barbara Billman (Ed), Kathleen and Faith Gummere. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
