She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Swarner and Mildred Swarner (Fritz); her husband Kenneth Foltz; her sons, Rusty and Kelly Foltz; and her sisters, Jacqueline Hedges, Phyllis Stoughton and Gloria Swarner.
She is survived by: her son Bill Foltz (Sherry); her granddaughter Samantha Foltz; and her great grandchild Remington Black Kessler-Foltz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
